Choosing a comfortable place
We offer a choice of seats with additional legroom, as well as the opportunity to book your favorite seat at a special price, which can be found in the Booking Center or on the airline's website. The booking and payment of the required seat are made at least 24 hours before the flight departure.

Menu to order
Registration of the service is carried out through the feedback service. Baby food must be ordered no later than 48 hours before departure, and the rest of the special meals must be ordered no later than 24 hours before departure. There is no additional charge for ordering special meals.

Transportation of animals
One adult passenger is allowed to carry only one carrier bag with no more than one animal. The weight together with the bag should not exceed 8 kg, the dimensions of the bag should not exceed 50x35x30 cm.
Additional seat
Transporting luggage on a separate seat: For transporting fragile and valuable items (musical instruments, equipment, etc.), you can book an additional seat in the cabin. Prior arrangement and payment for the seat are required to use this service.
