Payment for a ticket purchased on the site is made using UZcard, HUMO bank cards issued by Uzbek banks, as well as Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard issued by any banks in the world. Check the commission and currency conversion rates with the bank servicing the card. To conduct a transaction, verification (confirmation of authenticity) of the cardholder may be required.

There can be several reasons: - there are not enough funds or credit limit on your payment card to pay for the ticket; - if there are enough funds on your card, then it may not be able to access transactions on the Internet (check the information about such access with the bank where the card was issued); - If you have enough funds on your card, you have access to online transactions, but you can't buy a ticket, your bank or our payment service may be rejecting the transaction for other reasons.

Charter tickets are not available for purchase on the qanotsharq.com website. Information about the availability, cost and issuance of tickets for these flights should be clarified with the tour operator or at sales offices.

When buying a ticket for international flights, the passenger's surname and first name should be entered in Latin, as indicated in the passport. When checking in for a flight at the airline counter, you must present the passport whose data was indicated during booking.

This option is not available.

To issue an involuntary refund of an air ticket or change the date of departure, you must contact the place of purchase of the ticket. If the ticket was booked on the qanotsharq.com website, you must send a request through the Call Center.

The passenger has the right to return the ticket without deduction of any fees in case of sudden illness of the passenger or illness or death of a member of his/her family traveling with him/her on the aircraft, which is confirmed by one of the submitted medical documents.

Regular flights of the airline contain a 3-digit designation in the flight number, charter flights - 4.

For passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities, wheelchairs, crutches (other mobility aids) are transported free of charge and are not included in the free baggage allowance.

A baby stroller, including a "cane", is transported in the baggage compartment of the aircraft as checked baggage in excess of the established norm (when transporting a child). It can be used before boarding the plane, it is handed over before entering the aircraft near the ladder.

Guitars and other musical instruments in a hard case (case, case) are transported in baggage. Musical instruments in a soft case are transported in the cabin only if the dimensions do not exceed 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions. If the dimensions of a musical instrument in a soft case are more than 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions (such as a cello or guitar), then a separate passenger seat is reserved. Drinks and perfumes purchased in duty-free shops located at airports can be brought into the cabin after check-in, passport and pre-flight inspection. At the same time, any purchased liquids and gels must be packaged and sealed in the DutyFree store. The seal of the package is not opened during the entire flight and is valid for 24 hours.

Currently, at airports located on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as at most airports around the world, there are restrictions on the transportation of liquids, gels and aerosols in the hand luggage of air passengers. Passengers are allowed to bring the following substances on board the aircraft in containers with a volume of no more than 100 ml and a total volume of no more than 1 liter. – water, soups, syrups; – creams, lotions and oils; – perfume, mascara; – sprays, gels; – the contents of the cans; – pastes, mixtures of liquid and solid substances; – any other similar substances. In this case, these containers must be placed in a transparent plastic bag. Each passenger is allowed to carry only one such bag as carry-on baggage.

At the airport, be sure to take the identity documents of the passengers (for which tickets are issued): passport — for an adult and birth certificate — for a child; if necessary, a foreign passport with a visa. We recommend that you have an itinerary receipt with you, although this is not a prerequisite for checking in for a flight. Check-in using self-check-in kiosks located at airports is available for passengers who have previously completed the "Seat Selection" service.

If you have checked in for a flight online but have not printed out your boarding pass, you can get it at the check-in desk at the departure airport.

If you are flying without luggage and hand luggage, then you need to arrive at the airport in advance before boarding the flight indicated on the boarding pass. If you are flying with luggage and/or hand luggage, then in order to check them in at the check-in desk at the airport, you must arrive in advance before the end of check-in for the flight (strictly no later than 40 minutes before departure). Unfortunately, the seats available for online check-in were occupied by passengers who had checked in earlier. The option to select seats will be available only at the departure airport.
