Payment for a ticket purchased on the site is made using UZcard, HUMO bank cards issued by Uzbek banks, as well as Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard issued by any banks in the world. Check the commission and currency conversion rates with the bank servicing the card. To conduct a transaction, verification (confirmation of authenticity) of the cardholder may be required.

Charter tickets are not available for purchase on the qanotsharq.com website. Information about the availability, cost and issuance of tickets for these flights should be clarified with the tour operator or at sales offices.
When buying a ticket for international flights, the passenger's surname and first name should be entered in Latin, as indicated in the passport. When checking in for a flight at the airline counter, you must present the passport whose data was indicated during booking.

To issue an involuntary refund of an air ticket or change the date of departure, you must contact the place of purchase of the ticket. If the ticket was booked on the qanotsharq.com website, you must send a request through the Call Center.
The passenger has the right to return the ticket without deduction of any fees in case of sudden illness of the passenger or illness or death of a member of his/her family traveling with him/her on the aircraft, which is confirmed by one of the submitted medical documents.
