The airline is not responsible for any possible consequences and/or deterioration of the health that occurred during or after the transportation of a sick passenger, caused by the passenger's health condition. In order for your trip to be comfortable for you, please in advance: consult with your attending physician book tickets for round-trip flights when booking, let us know if you will be using a wheelchair if you use your own wheelchair, let us know its characteristics (type of battery, dimensions, etc.) for safety reasons, the transportation of wheelchairs on flights is carried out in the following ways
Transportation of Pregnant Women and Newborn Infants Rules for Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo
3.10.1. Transportation of pregnant women is carried out under the condition that Qanot Sharq LLC bears no responsibility towards the passenger for any adverse consequences that may arise for the passenger or the fetus during and as a result of the transportation. This is confirmed by a corresponding liability waiver signed by the passenger at check-in (Appendix No. 1).
3.10.2. Pregnant women with a gestation period of up to 27 (twenty-seven) weeks are accepted for air transportation by Qanot Sharq LLC upon presentation of a medical certificate from the attending physician confirming that the pregnancy is progressing normally. The certificate must state that there are no contraindications for air travel. The medical certificate must be issued no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the start of the air transportation.
3.10.3. Transportation of newborn infants under the age of 7 (seven) days is carried out under the condition that Qanot Sharq LLC bears no responsibility towards the parents for any possible consequences for the child’s health resulting from the transportation. This is confirmed by a liability waiver signed by the passenger at check-in (Appendix No. 3).
