Submit an electronic application through the application «State Services RuID». 2. Get a special QR code. What to do: • Create a personal account in the application. • Upload your photo and personal data. • Indicate expected dates of stay in Russia. Important: • Registration must be completed no later than 72 hours before the expected border crossing. • The QR code will need to be presented at border control. • In emergency cases (illness or death of a close relative), it is allowed to submit an application 4 hours before arrival. • For children from 6 to 18 years of age, the application is submitted by parents or guardians if they have a valid entry permit.
