Meeting of Qanot Sharq's executives with the ICAO Regional Director and the Aviation Agency!

On February 20, a meeting was held at the Qanot Sharq office between the airline’s management and ICAO Regional Director Nicolas Rallo, with the support of the Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mr. Rallo highlighted the rapid development of aviation in Uzbekistan and emphasized the importance of maintaining high-quality services in the industry. In this regard, ICAO has initiated meetings with Uzbek airlines to establish a productive dialogue. Qanot Sharq received special recognition for successfully passing the TCO audit in December 2024, becoming the first private airline in Uzbekistan to achieve this milestone. The airline was also commended for its steadfast commitment to maintaining a high level of flight safety, which remains one of its key priorities.
